Employee training and instruction on how to operate the screwdriving technology is an essential part of WEBER’s forward-looking and plannable service model. The aim of our approach is to build user and customer expertise. This means that employees are thoroughly instructed ahead of time on how to operate, service and maintain the machines and systems with a view to achieving the lowest possible downtime.
